What to expect at each treatment

The body is a very personal thing and the thoughts of a stranger treating you can be quite daunting if you have never had a Therapeutic Massage before. When you make an appointment at LÁMHA MASSAGE THERAPY, a brief medical history is taken, not lasting more than 5 minutes. This establishes the type of treatment the Practitioner feels is appropriate.

A full therapeutic massage takes approximately 1 hour and involves massage of the back of the legs, the back, shoulders and neck, before turning over to complete front of legs, arms, upper chest and face/head.

Lamha Massage Therapy can provide both Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage. The base oil used is Sweet Almond and soft background music accompanies all treatments.
